Treatment Questions

Do you perform dental implants in-house?
Yes. Our dentists place and restore dental implants at our Brownsville location — no referrals to outside specialists. This saves you time and often reduces overall cost.
How long does a dental cleaning take?
A routine cleaning and exam typically takes 45–60 minutes. If it's your first visit or you haven't been in a while, plan for about 90 minutes.
Is teeth whitening safe?
Yes — professional teeth whitening performed under dental supervision is safe and effective. Some patients experience temporary sensitivity, which resolves quickly.
Do you offer sedation dentistry?
We offer local anesthesia for all procedures and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for anxious patients. Ask our team about available comfort options when you call.
At what age should my child first see a dentist?
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends a child's first dental visit by age 1, or within 6 months of their first tooth appearing — whichever comes first.
