Don't Suffer Through Tooth Pain

A dental emergency can strike at any time — a knocked-out tooth, a throbbing abscess, a cracked crown. The longer you wait, the worse it can get. At Key Dental we prioritize same-day emergency appointments and work to relieve your pain fast.

Our extended hours (Thursday–Saturday until 8 PM, Sunday until 8 PM) mean you're never stuck waiting until Monday with a painful problem.

We Treat These Emergencies

What Counts as a Dental Emergency?

Severe Toothache

Intense, throbbing tooth pain often signals infection or nerve exposure. Call us immediately — this won't go away on its own.

Knocked-Out Tooth

Time is critical. Keep the tooth moist (milk or saliva), call us immediately — reimplantation is possible within 30–60 minutes.

Cracked or Broken Tooth

Rinse with warm water, apply a cold pack to your cheek, and call us right away to prevent further damage or infection.

Lost Crown or Filling

Exposed tooth structure is vulnerable. We can re-cement or replace your restoration same-day in most cases.

Dental Abscess

A dental abscess is a serious infection that can spread. Signs include swelling, fever, and severe pain — call us immediately.

Soft Tissue Injuries

Cuts or lacerations to the lips, gums, or cheeks that won't stop bleeding need prompt dental or medical attention.

What to Do First

Emergency First-Aid Guide

1

Stay Calm & Call Us

Call (956) 382-6364 immediately. Describe your symptoms so we can prepare for your arrival and give you interim guidance.

2

Manage Pain at Home

Over-the-counter ibuprofen or acetaminophen can reduce pain temporarily. Do not apply aspirin directly to the gum or tooth.

3

Preserve Any Pieces

Save broken tooth fragments in milk or water. If a crown falls out, keep it clean — we may be able to re-cement it.

4

Come In for Emergency Care

Our team will take X-rays, diagnose the problem, relieve your pain, and walk you through the next steps for full restoration.
