Insurance

Key Dental accepts most major dental insurance plans. We will file your insurance claim on your behalf and work to maximize your benefits. Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment so we can verify your coverage.

We accept plans including but not limited to: Delta Dental, BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, United Concordia, and Humana. Please call us at (956) 382-6364 to confirm your specific plan.

Your Financial Responsibility

Insurance plans typically cover a percentage of treatment costs. Any deductibles, co-pays, or amounts not covered by your plan are your responsibility and are due at the time of service.

We will provide you with a treatment estimate before beginning any procedure so you always know what to expect. We believe in full transparency — no surprise bills.

Financing Options

We understand that dental care can be a significant investment. That's why we offer flexible financing through:

• CareCredit — A healthcare credit card with deferred interest plans. Apply online at carecredit.com or at our front desk. Many patients are approved in minutes.
• Sunbit — Buy now, pay later financing with flexible monthly payments and a high approval rate, even for patients with less-than-perfect credit.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due at the time of service unless a financing arrangement has been made in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may need care. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a cancellation fee.
